Highland Park celebrated their third release of the hugely popular and highly anticipated Singe Cask series, bottled in partnership with Barrel & Batch, at Firedoor Sydney.

Guests were thrilled with the drama and theatre of the open kitchen flame-cooking at Firedoor.

Attendees indulged in the DNA of the distinctive Highland Park palate, tasting the cask that enveloped the senses with rich aromas of oak, violets, and new leather, along with tasting notes of vanilla and demerara sugar. Highland Park proudly creates whiskies of exceptional character, complexity, and craftsmanship— inspired by the rugged natural surroundings of the distillery in Orkney, a cluster of 70 islands off the northernmost reaches of the Scottish mainland.
